What Are Crossfit Boxes?

Crossfit boxes are exercise equipment that are primarily used for plyometric routines. These are sturdy boxes that actually aren’t meant to contain anything. They are designed to bear weight from the outside. People can jump to the top of the box to stimulate leg muscle development.

The boxes come in different heights to allow the user to progress with time. Some of these can even provide up to three different heights in one box. Users will only need to lay them on the ground the right way to get their preferred height. Some are stackable to minimize storage requirements.

They are usually made of wood in a rectangular or trapezoidal shape but some may come in metal with rubber tops to prevent slippage. Lots of options are available online but you can also make your own at home by following simple instructions.
