The Synthetic Stucco Siding

Traditional vinyl siding is composed of Portland cement, sand, water, and lime. It’s applied in three successive coats over a layer of dry paper or a layer of fiberglass mesh and sometimes coated with an acrylic-rich finish to prevent cracking. In addition, a vinyl-based compound containing aluminum silicates is periodically added to improve the structural properties of stucco, which makes the material more rigid and durable. The advantages of using Synthetic Stucco Siding include longer-lasting durability, more excellent resistance to moisture, and a reduction in the formation of water-borne bacteria and mold. But its most significant advantage is that it provides a consistent and attractive look, even after years of use.

It’s important to take into account the natural aesthetic appeal of wood, brick, stone, and other materials. All these materials have their own distinctive visual charm. Also, consider the amount of maintenance required.
