Health is a huge topic these days. Everyone wants to be as healthy as can be and they are willing to try almost anything to get there, including following fads that likely do nothing to improve overall health.
There are some tried and true healthy habits to start that don’t involve ingesting exotic fruit, popping pills and mixing up potions. Some healthy habits that are known to improve overall health and are easy to incorporate into your daily life include:
-Exercising at least five times a week even if you only have time to walk around the block or do a quick 20-minute cardio dance video.
-Drink plenty of clean water.
-Eat a variety of healthy foods including fruits, vegetables, grains and proteins.
-Wash your hands frequently and practice good hygiene every day.
-Sleep for at least hours every night.
-Avoiding smoking drinking alcohol in excess.
There are many more things you can do to improve and maintain your health but this list is a great start to getting you on the right track to feeling and looking your best.
