Female Genital Mutilation in Australia is Everyone’s Business

on the challenging issue of Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)

hosted by the Australian Paediatric Surveillance Unit and No FGM Australia,

to be held at the Australian Human Rights Commission in Sydney.

Hear stories from survivors of FGM;

presentations on the human rights perspective;

child protection perspective;

and legal implications of FGM;

the latest in Australian medical research on FGM in children;

and educational and community initiatives to address and prevent FGM.

Contribute to a discussion mediated by journalist Helen Dalley, presenter at Sky News.
